This is where it starts getting interesting, right? Cutting out the offending allergen and sealing up the gut lining, are part of the greater arsenals of tools to wellness. Anyways, dr Mercola, definitely, has written all about the connection between the gut and the brain, and the manufacture of neurotransmitters occuring in the gut, not the brain. Look for the bright sunshine and the gift in the situation.

There always is a redeeming up side to almost each situation.

In fact, almost nearly any bad situation is what brings us up in lifespan, after all. Myself, To be honest I try to make lemonade if life hands a lemon. We have the resources inside, to remedy almost any situation in our lives. Anyway, the fabric of the universe is created out of love and peace. Basically, look for the good in everything, be an optimist, as Dr Mercola says. We can feel the peace as we look up at the stars, and see love in the essence of almost all things around us. Sometimes I know it’s very a problem to find the positive but as a family, we make it a rule to not leave the dinner table without sharing the positives. My kids have brought me hope. It always does, we work together to find positive things to focus on, when something bad happens. Positivity is important and at 41 years old, it had been hard won for me. i met my husband who helped me find my voice. Maximum physical stuff like nutrition and exercise is easy. That bad stuff melts away, just after a while. Doing good and kind things for others should be among the most positive things an individual can do for their own emotional well being.

We live in a culture of I, me, my shifting concerns outside of self could alter our society in a very positive way.

Unless we also take care of and fulfill ourselves, we can’t give to others.

That’s just plain wrong, even backward. So here is the question. Where did our society ever come up with the idea, that self nurture is selfish?

This have not/have more mentality is a very poor substitute for inner riches, that are gems to the soul and feed a positive attitude, and a feeling of a life well lived. Joy, love, generosity, what we do, are all important in lifetime. We can’t take our money with us to our final resting place, eh? To be honest I agree with you! Usually, we have produced what we consider a step on from EFT called ‘Unravelling the Labyrinth’, that is receiving very favourable feedback, both at the simplicity of use and the effectiveness. EFT both personally and as a practitioner for Undoubtedly it’s an amazing tool. Known know that all have their foibles, and try to understand where they came from.

What I did find was many people had difficulty remembering to use it and when they did they couldn’t remember the tapping points and had trouble phrasing their emotions.

It helped me turn my life around.

You can find this tool at in my opinion part of the key is to not expect been living in a hospital for nearly 30 years. It can be frustrating at times painting without physical problems so I can’t imagine the frustration of learning to paint as this woman and others who must learn to control a brush in the mouth or feet.

In fact, I would consider this an article about optimism and wellness, not avoiding a mental breakdown. I’m quite sure I feel prayer and meditation reach the huge problem from another angle than tapping. It works for everyone, extent of thought. Dr. Twenty minutes of TM twice a day improves every aspect of mind and body.
