Have you heard of something like this before? Spit it out! Please do not Facebook the news, tweet the news or post the news. As a result, we’re fed the majority of crap, wouldn’t you agree? Basically, does the quality of mental food, just as the quality of food we ingest affects us positively or negatively.

Hey, do not add your favourite commentary and don’t personalize. Therefore this language type causes you to become a victim of circumstance and an active participant.
