They are able to handle life’s challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks. So it’s with mental and emotional health, just as it requires effort to build or maintain physical health. Even modest amounts of exercise can make a big difference to your mental and emotional health and it’s something you can engage in now to boost your energy and outlook and a feeling of control.
